“I had a wonderful time at Thai Brasserie Eastbourne on both occasions I visited during my short stay in Eastbourne. I received a warm, friendly welcome and enjoyed conversing with the staff. Everything about the brasserie felt authentic. On both visits, I had the Pad Thai Noodles main, one with duck, then one with chicken. They were oozing with tantalising flavours with the tamarind cause and lime juice very nicely blended in with everything. I also had the Fried Tofu which was nicely slightly crunchy with a light flavour. It formed a good contrast. Located behind Eastbourne Train Station, this was easily one of my favourite restaurants in the whole of Eastbourne. Highly recommended.”

“This was our second visit to this lovely restaurant. The food was very well prepared. Everything was hot, fresh & appetising to look at. Great service. Attentive and accommodating. Good quality. Everything very clean and well presented. I really enjoyed the tamarind duck. The cocktails are well made yet not overpriced. The wine is decent quality, pretty much standard pricing. This place is a little gem. We will return.”

“This is an absolute gem of a restaurant - fantastic food, such friendly staff, and exceeds expectations in every way. We've had plenty of Thai dishes in London and abroad and this is right up there - thoroughly recommend the pad ke mao and, absolutely stunning is the sea bass dish (pla ma now). Wholeheartedly recommend it, and we'd happily go back if we're back in Eastbourne.”

“One of the best places I’ve been to eat in Eastbourne town…. And I’m very picky! Was recommended by a friend, we had the Singapore noodles, sizzling chicken, ‘must try’ sea bass and pork dumplings - all exquisite. Would absolutely say to have the sea bass, spicy but insanely delicious. We were served by a lovely young lady who was so attentive and sweet, honestly the best service I’ve received in ages as a waitress myself. We will be coming back!”
